Visit of representatives of tourist offices and journalists from Japan to Warsaw
On December 8-10, 2024, Warsaw hosted a group of representatives of travel agencies and journalists from Japan who came to see the festive face of the capital and discover its potential as a winter tourist destination.
On the first day, the guests were accommodated at the Presidential Hotel, and in the evening they visited the Nobu Hotel, where after visiting the facility they tasted authentic Japanese flavours in the elegant Nobu Warsaw restaurant.
The second day began with a walk around the Old Town. Then the participants walked through Łazienkowski Park. The program also included a visit to one of two museums - POLIN and the Warsaw Uprising Museum. And in the evening there was dinner at Butchery&Wine, as well as a walk around the Christmas market.
On the last day, the group visited Niepokalanów and Żelazowa Wola – the birthplace of Fryderyk Chopin. After returning to Warsaw, the guests visited the Royal Castle and the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, where they took part in the “Young Talents” concert. The visit ended with a gala dinner at the Bristol Hotel combined with a visit to this historic building.
The event was organized thanks to the cooperation of the Polish Tourist Organization, the Warsaw Tourist Office and ZOPOT in Japan and the involvement of our members. We would like to thank all partners for their support in implementing this unique project!
