Study visit from Brazil
On 23.08-25.08.2022, in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organization, we hosted representatives of one of the most important Brazilian tour operators - the FLOT office and its agents in Warsaw as part of a study visit. This visit was planned for 2020, but due to the pandemic it was postponed several times. After their stay in Warsaw, the guests also went to Warsaw and Krakow.
In the one and a half day program of our stay, we tried to combine a classic tour of Warsaw with the Royal Łazienki Park, the Old Town, a visit to the Bristol Hotel and a Chopin concert in the Concert Hall "Frederick” with a contemporary, dynamic version of the capital, including places such as the Vistula Boulevards and the Powiśle Power Plant, the Praga Center “Koneser” with Polish Vodka Museum, Norblin Factory Museum and the exhibition "Retro Warsaw" Art Box Experience and Warsaw Breweries with a restaurant NINE's.
In addition to the rich tourist offer, the guests did not hide their surprise at the modernity of the capital, the quality of services, public transport and food. The FLOT office, organizing training trips for its agents, awards "trophies" to their participants at the end, which, when displayed in the offices, make them specialists in a specific destination. They admit that this is the most effective form of product training, and the guests, active in social media, promoted Warsaw among their clients through their channels in real time.
It was also the largest group we have hosted since the pandemic, numbering 22 people. Cooperation with the Brazilian industry is one of the most important activities of the Polish Tourism Organisation, and now that Brazilians have returned to traveling abroad, the POT wants to continue it, especially since the occupancy of planes flying from Brazil to Europe is 80%.
