In order to gain knowledge on good management practices in the tourism and MICE sector, representatives of Sofia turned to the Warsaw Tourism Organisation, on the initiative of which a meeting was organised in the Capital City Hall. The talks were attended by the Deputy Mayor of Warsaw Michał Olszewski, Deputy Marketing Office of the City Radosław Kasyk, Vice President of the Management Board of WOT Mateusz Czerwiński and representatives of the Capital Tourism Office.

The meeting discussed issues such as city branding, the process of creating a marketing message promoting the capital as a tourist destination for large businesses, methods of acquiring industry events and conferences, budgeting for initiatives related to the development of the city as part of the development of incoming tourism, and many others.
