WOT at the IMTM trade fair in Tel Aviv 11-12.02.2020

On February 11–12, 2020, the 27th international IMTM (International Mediterranean Tourism Market) fair took place in Tel Aviv, where, together with the Warsaw Tourism Office, we had the opportunity to present Warsaw's tourist offer.

The exhibitors included primarily other cities and regions, such as Gdańsk and the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kraków, the Lubuskie Voivodeship, Łódź and Lower Silesia, as well as Wierzynek in Kraków and members of WOT: the POLIN Museum and the Suntago water park.

This year, the Polish stand drew additional attention by attracting visitors with fresh coffee from the coffee machine provided by LOT Polish Airlines.

Among the guests, as usual, there were many people with Polish roots looking for the birthplaces of their ancestors, but also many who regularly return to Warsaw and are eager to share their experiences with friends or family. Apart from historical places in Warsaw, shopping, entertainment and active recreation are also very popular among Israeli tourists. On average, 92,000 tourists from Israel visit Warsaw each year.
