WOT at the TravelMatch workshop in Oslo

On January 9, 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in the Travel Match workshop in Oslo. It was the first industry event this year, where the Warsaw Tourism Organization had the opportunity to promote the capital of Poland as an attractive tourist destination and an ideal place for MICE events. This time, we shared a table with our partner, Furnel Travel.

The workshops were held at the Congress Center in the heart of Oslo, and were organized by ANTOR, with whom we have been cooperating for years, as well as ZOPOT Oslo, in various promotional events in Scandinavian countries. The event gathered a large group of representatives of the Norwegian tourism market, which created an ideal space for exchanging experiences and establishing new business contacts.

The meetings were held in the form of table talks, which were previously booked using a dedicated system. During the workshops, we also had the opportunity to meet with potential partners again, which is a key element in building lasting relationships and maintaining a good image of Warsaw on the Norwegian market. At the end of the event, participants took part in a free flow networking session, which additionally facilitated informal conversations and strengthening contacts.
