Culinary Impressions from Four Polish Cities in Dublin

At the invitation of ZOPOT London, we took part in a presentation of Warsaw's culinary offer, which took place on January 23 in Dublin. The dinner was attended by about 40 tour operators and journalists from the Irish market, who had the opportunity to try the dishes of the chef, Damian Wawrzyniak, inspired by the cuisine of four Polish cities (Gdańsk, Łódź, Kraków and Warsaw).
