Support for the Industrial Development Agency as part of the Anti-Crisis Shield

Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu SA (a joint-stock company supervised by the Prime Minister with 100% State Treasury shareholding) is involved in the implementation of tasks under the so-called Anti-Crisis Shield and, as part of its support for small and medium-sized enterprises, has prepared debt financing on preferential, commercial terms with a capital value of PLN 1.7 billion. The instruments prepared by ARP include:

• working capital loan to finance the deficit in working capital with a grace period for repayment of capital installments of up to 15 months
• working capital loan to finance salaries in order to maintain employment and continue the entrepreneur's business
• refinancing of operational leasing of vehicles over 3.5 t (including semi-trailers) with a grace period for leasing instalment repayments of up to 12 months and extension of the over-standard repayment period by 1 year
• "Maszyneria" as part of the leasing of machinery and equipment for SME clients affected by the pandemic
