Search engine and calendar of events – in Polish version are now available on the website www.odkrytajwarszawe.pl

In carrying out this task, we aimed to digitalize the tourist offer and the process of providing information to tourists. Hundreds of events take place in Warsaw every day. Information about them is available in many places in the city and on the Internet.

The new tool of the Warsaw Tourist Organisation collects information about them in one place – on the website www.odkrytajwarszawe.pl, and in the next stage also on the website www.warsawcitybreak.com

We hope that this will translate into increased interest in the tourist destination of Warsaw. It is also another building block for the development of smart tourism.

On the one hand, this tool responds to the needs of the latest trends in global tourism focused on creating a positive travel experience based on the local cultural specificity of the destination, and on the other hand, it can support industry cooperation between public and private entities associated in our association.

Without a doubt, this tool is something that was missing not only for tourists visiting Warsaw, but also for the city's residents.

The Warsaw Tourism Organization search engine allows you to discover attractions and tourist information about Warsaw. It works on a similar principle to a standard internet search engine, but is focused on content related to cultural, musical and sports events in our city.

The calendar of the Warsaw Tourist Organisation presented on the website www.odkrytajWarszawe.pl contains information about planned events, festivals, exhibitions and other tourist attractions that take place in Warsaw. Thanks to it, you can stay up to date with the most important events in the city and plan your visit accordingly. We hope that this tool will prove to be a valuable tool for tourists who want to make the most of their visit to the capital of Poland.

The search engine will operate in two language versions; Polish and English. Work on the first one has just been completed. The English version will be created soon.

This is a big step towards disseminating information about events taking place in Warsaw in the form our city deserves.
