The offer for preparing a MICE report was selected

The Warsaw Tourism Organization has resolved the competition for the preparation of a new edition of the "Warsaw Meetings Industry" report for 2018, which took place between 10 and 24 July 2019. Of the two offers presented, the more advantageous one was selected in terms of price and added substantive value of the study. 

The report "Meeting Industry in Warsaw 2018" will be substantively and methodologically consistent with editions from previous years and will include detailed data describing the size and characteristics of the local MICE market (conferences, events, fairs, incentive events and other business and scientific meetings) in 2018. The report is to be based in its main analytical part on statistical data provided by the Warsaw Tourism Organization (statistical data on the local conference market collected by Z-Factor in the Demand Outlook tool). The study will also include new elements that will increase its substantive and marketing value. The report is planned to be published at the turn of September and October this year.
