Invitation to MTT OTDYCH 2019 Minsk, Belarus, 03-06.04.2019

The Polish Chamber of Tourism would like to invite you to participate in the XXII International Tourism Fair OTDYCH 2019, which will be held in Minsk, Belarus, on April 3-6, 2019.

We are pleased to announce that this year, thanks to the cooperation of the Polish Tourist Organisation, the stand has gained the status of a national stand.

The exhibition will cover broadly understood travel, medical tourism, transport services, insurance, sanatoriums, guesthouses, holiday homes and hotel services.

We invite travel agencies, hotels and guesthouses operating throughout Poland that want to develop and strengthen cooperation with Belarus, as well as Regional Tourism Organizations, Local Tourism Organizations and local government units to participate in our stand.

Belarus is one of the most important incoming markets to Poland. For several years, there has been an increase in interest in holidays in Poland. The stable and even growing dynamics drive interest in the Polish tourist offer. The presence of the Polish tourist industry at these fairs is absolutely essential.

We are sending you an offer, a registration form and a floor plan. We would like to point out that the given cost of participation should be considered as an estimate - it depends on the number of participants. Last year we managed to reduce it by almost half compared to the estimated cost.

Deadline for submitting applications until February 15, 2019

Exhibitors will be accepted in the order of applications submitted until the places are filled. Therefore, we reserve the right to close the acquisition before the deadline for submitting applications.
