Changes in restrictions - Warsaw under lockdown

Unfortunately, the entire Masovian Voivodeship has become another region that will be closed by government decision. The new restrictions come into effect on Monday, March 15 and will last at least until March 28.

Regionalisation of restrictions means that in our province the following businesses will have to suspend their activities:

  • swimming pools (exceptions are swimming pools in entities performing medical activities and for members of the national team)
  • saunas, solariums, Turkish baths, slimming salons
  • casinos
  • hotels (exceptions include workers' hotels and accommodation provided as part of business trips)
  • shopping malls – with the exception of, among others: grocery stores, pharmacies and drugstores, newsagents, bookstores, pet stores and DIY stores. In shopping malls, hairdressing, optician, banking and laundries services will still be able to operate
  • theatres, museums, art galleries (however, it is possible to organise rehearsals and exercises, as well as online events)
  • cinemas (the ban on screening films also applies to cultural centres and houses)
  • ski slopes
  • fitness clubs and gyms
  • sports facilities (they can only operate for professional sports purposes and without public participation)

According to the announcements coming from the government, companies can still use the so-called standby. In the near future, we can expect information about the extension of some of the aid solutions. News about this is to appear in the coming days.
