Time for Chopin – daily Chopin concerts in the heart of Warsaw

The cultural initiative Time for Chopin is a daily Chopin concert, which, in addition to tourists from Poland and abroad, also attracts many Varsovians. Every day at 6:00 p.m., you can listen to the works of Fryderyk Chopin performed by outstanding pianists. The concerts take place in the atmospheric interiors of the Old Gallery of the Association of Polish Art Photographers (ZPAF) at Plac Zamkowy 8. Time for Chopin also has an offer for companies and institutions, thanks to which the master's music can enrich a business meeting or resound during a private concert.

Regular Time for Chop concertsin
The interiors of the Old Gallery of the ZPAF resound with the wonderful music of a Polish composer associated with Warsaw every day at 6:00 p.m. A concert is a unique and moving experience for many people, as well as a moment of relaxation and immersion in the sounds of Chopin's most beautiful pieces. During the break, guests can taste a traditional Polish drink. In addition to ticketed concerts, Time for Chopin also includes free occasional events, such as recitals during the Night of Museums, concerts on the occasion of Independence Day or meetings for children.

Business offer and private concerts
The Time for Chopin team also offers the organization of private concerts, both in the Old ZPAF Gallery and in a place indicated by the Client. It is also possible to organize a private concert combined with a sightseeing program in Warsaw, e.g. along the Fryderyk Chopin trail. The organizer provides pianos, the sound of which is adapted to the conditions of the room. Additionally, thanks to the recently established cooperation with the Amber Museum, Time for Chopin has gained the opportunity to organize concerts in a second location in the heart of Warsaw, i.e. in the Amber Museum hall at Rynek Starego Miasta 4/6.

Artists Time for Chopin
The aim of the organisers is to share the love of Fryderyk Chopin's music. During the concerts, the artists masterfully promote this timeless and universal music that goes straight to the hearts of the listeners. The author and coordinator of the project is Katarzyna Kraszewska, a pianist specialising in Chopin's repertoire. The performers include outstanding musicians and excellent interpreters of his work, winners of international competitions and artists giving concerts in Europe and around the world. The concerts are played by: Elżbieta Karaś-Krasztel, Agnieszka Przemyk-Bryła, Wojciech Pyrć, Aleksandra Bobrowska, Tomasz Zając, Katarzyna Hushta and Katarzyna Kraszewska.

Chopin in extraordinary interiors
An interesting complement to the concerts are the photographic exhibitions that can be admired in the Gothic interiors of the Old Gallery of the Association of Polish Art Photographers. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Castle, and from the windows of the intimate hall you can admire the Vistula River and the garden located on the escarpment. The walls of the gallery hide medieval arches and provide natural air conditioning on summer days. The whole creates a unique place and a unique atmosphere.
